CDC Telebriefing: New Vital Signs Report Finds Not Enough Pregnant Women Get Vaccinated

According to the latest CDC Vital Signs report, most (65 percent) pregnant women in the U.S. are not vaccinated during pregnancy to protect against flu and whooping cough. CDC recommends that, unless otherwise indicated, all pregnant women get flu vaccine during any trimester of each pregnancy and get Tdap during the early third trimester of each pregnancy.
