MRC: Stop the Bleed Bleeding Control Basic (BCon) Course

The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) would like to invite you to the upcoming Stop the Bleed Instructor Training. Uncontrolled bleeding is the number one cause of preventable death from trauma. When more people know how to control bleeding in an injured person, it increases the chances that more people will survive. You can help save a life by knowing how to stop bleeding if someone, including yourself, is injured.
DATE: Saturday, June 8, 2019
TIME: 9:00am- 11:00am (Registration begins at 8:30am and instruction will begin promptly at 9:00am)
LOCATION: Chicago Department of Public Health Training Center (1642 N. Besly Court, Chicago, IL)
AUDIENCE: Chicago Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) Volunteers- lay public and HCPs
