HHS/ASPR Project ECHO Clinical Readiness Rounds

The HHS/ASPR Project ECHO Clinical Readiness Rounds focus on sharing clinical challenges and successes in preparing for and responding to disasters from all threats. This program is designed to create peer-to-peer learning networks where clinicians who are highly experienced in treating patients in emergency situations share their experiences with clinicians across the U.S. and around the world who can benefit from their lessons learned. Topics are based on new and emergent information around emergency preparedness, as well as topics requested by participants.

Participants who complete a brief survey after the session are able to claim Continuing Medical Education, Continuing Nursing Education, or Continuing Education for Emergency Medical Services credits.

Clinical Readiness Rounds sessions occur the first and third Tuesday of each month from 11:00AM – 12:00PM. The next session will be on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, and is entitled “Clinicians Communicating With the public During Disasters.” Presenters include Jeremy Faust, MD, Lunna Lopes, MSc, and Anne Zink, MD.
