The Coalition’s Emergency Management (EM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) Assistance Program provides healthcare emergency management professionals with access to a curated network of experienced professionals who are available to offer guidance and peer support.

This program is designed to support Coalition preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation efforts by facilitating timely connections with experts who possess specialized knowledge across key emergency management disciplines. The SME list serves as a practical resource for emergency managers seeking informed perspectives, lessons learned, and best practices to support planning and operational decision-making.
