The NACCHO 2025 Preparedness Summit will be held from Tuesday, April 29 to Friday, May 2, 2025 in San Antonio, Texas. The call for abstracts for the 2025 Preparedness Summit is officially open. This year’s theme, “Pathways to Recovery in the Aftermath of Disasters,” provides an opportunity to ask questions and develop answers as regarding roles, responsibilities, and resources needed to undertake the crucial step of recovery.
The summit planning committee invites public health, health care, disaster relief, emergency management, and other professionals nationwide to showcase and share their research findings, best practice training models, tools, or other resources that advance the field of public health and healthcare preparedness and response.
Abstract submissions must be submitted by 11:59 PM PT on Friday, September 13, 2024.
