In honor of this year’s EMSC Day (May 22, 2024), the EMSC Program has released this first-person video to recognize the commitment to meeting the unique healthcare needs of children and families. The video highlights how high-quality EMS care in rural Iowa impacted one child and her family’s lives and encourages EMS agencies to take advantage of the Pediatric Prehospital Readiness Program assessment, resources, and tools.
