About Carrie
Carrie Carlson is a Senior Emergency Management Coordinator with the Chicago Office of Emergency Management and Communications (OEMC). In her current role, Carrie assists with a variety of aspects in Emergency Management for the City of Chicago, including being the lead project manager on the development of the Chicago OEMC application. Carrie’s prior experience includes Emergency Management Contracting with the Chicago Department of Public Health; Emergency Preparedness Coordinator for Riverside Healthcare System; Emergency Planning and Preparedness Specialist with McHenry County; and, in the Risk Management department at MB Financial Bank. Carrie received her Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management from Western Illinois University in 2015.
