Are you interested in learning more about the newly launched National Center and sharing your ideas on how to improve the system of services for CYSHCN?
Join the National Center for Systems of Services for Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) virtual town hall. This Town Hall is open to the public and in particular to clinicians, families/caregivers, individuals with special health care needs/disabilities, public health professionals, and any other partners serving CYSHCN.
The Town Hall will:
– Provide an overview of the Blueprint for Change: Guiding Principles for a System of Services for CYSHCN.
– Discuss the launch of the new National Center, including its goal and objectives, technical assistance, and planned activities.
– Discuss how a variety of diverse partners have a role in building a system of services for CYSHCN.
– Feature a robust discussion with authors from each of the 4 Blueprint for Change domains.
Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions in advance of the event and during the Q&A.
