The program aims to help health care workers and advocates to achieve greater support and resources as communities hardest hit by COVID-19 continue to navigate recovery. Funding for the program is provided by the Center for Disaster Philanthropy (CDP) COVID-19 Response Fund, which provides support for nonprofit organizations working directly to respond to the pandemic among vulnerable populations to help build their capacity and address the most pressing needs.
