The Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR) Risk Identification and Site Criticality (RISC 2.0) Toolkit is a standardized risk assessment resource used across the Healthcare and Public Health Sector. It provides a consistent way for healthcare facilities to identify threats and hazards and to assess how those hazards could affect operations.

This dashboard summarizes RISC 2.0 results from participating partners in our region (Chicago/Region 11). Users can drill down by partner type or by geographic area to compare patterns across the system.

The H Score reflects the frequency with which a hazard is experienced or expected, based on a combination of nationallevel hazard data and facilityreported assessment data aggregated across participating sites. It describes how commonly a hazard occurs in the region, not the severity of its impact or a facility’s level of preparedness.

Viewing hazards at a regional level helps partners understand shared risks, align planning priorities, and effectively coordinate preparedness activities.
