ASPR Marks Black History Month

February is Black History Month. ASPR celebrates the progress that has been made to advance the health and well-being of the Black community and is taking action to ensure a more equitable response to disasters and emergencies.

ASPR is strengthening health equity in communities across the country through Medical Reserve Corps State, Territory, and Tribal Nations, Representative Organizations for Next Generation (MRC-STTRONG) grants, sharing tools with its partners to advance the health and well-being of at-risk communities, and working to increase access to free COVID-19 test kits in underserved communities.
