Communities today face an increasingly complex set of resilience challenges. Increasing national resilience is complex and requires engagement across the Whole Community, at all levels, to build our collective resilience. However, many stakeholders have not been included as a core part of the solution and others are unsure of their role in advancing resilience.
This discussion plans to explore how the Whole Community can share responsibility and play a critical role to increase national resilience across the nation. We (FEMA) hope to bring together diverse partners to address the critical roles of all stakeholders, and inspire forward-looking and people-centered, resilience planning approaches.
