Executive suite members are invited to participate in an educational webinar on the updated Crisis Standards of Care (CSC) Plan, formerly known as the Catastrophic Incident Response Plan. This plan has been comprehensively revised using lessons learned and operational considerations identified during the COVID-19 pandemic, with the goal of strengthening coordinated decision-making during extreme or sustained incidents that significantly impact healthcare delivery and public safety systems.
The webinar will provide an overview of the updated framework, highlight key changes from the previous plan, and discuss practical implications for healthcare and emergency response organizations.
