About Kimberly
Kimberly McCarthy is the Director of Nursing for the Emergency Department at Endeavor Health Swedish Hospital. In her current role, Kimberly is focused on the acute needs of patients presenting to the ED, with a specific concern for the social factors that are precursors to patients’ chief complaints. Kimberly’s mission of ameliorating the trauma and tragedies that bring patients to the ED has become a priority in the care given to ED patients and families. Kimberly has been an ED Registered Nurse for over 20 years and prepares Endeavor Health Swedish Hospital to respond to individual issues as well as to large-scale situations cooperatively with the city.
