About Rebecca
Rebecca (Becky) Podowski is the Director of Clinical Services at Unity Hospice and Palliative Care of Chicagoland. In her current role, Becky is responsible for ensuring excellence in patient care and caregiver education, adherence to infection control best practices, and compliance with state and federal hospice regulations. Becky started her career as an oncology nurse before transitioning into the field of hospice, which has been her specialty for 20+ years. Becky received her degree in Nursing from the University of Illinois-Chicago. In her time outside of work, Becky enjoys gardening, spending time with her husband and two children, and rooting on her beloved Chicago Bears.
