About KC
KC Booth is the Manager of EMS and Disaster Preparedness at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, which also serves as Chicago’s Regional Hospital Coordination Center. KC collaborates with the Chicago Healthcare System Coalition for Preparedness and Response to ensure communication and preparedness regionally by linking EMS, hospital, and Chicago Department of Public Health stakeholders. KC completed her nursing degree and doctorate in Advanced Public Health at Rush University. Previously, KC led mobile clinics and research initiatives on the Caribbean Island of Sint Maarten, before moving to New York City where she managed healthcare centers co-located in homeless shelters.
