This webinar, hosted by the Region V for Kids Pediatric Disaster Center of Excellence, will be an excellent orientation for emergency management and healthcare professionals on the unique legal and ethical factors that emerge when a disaster or patient surge exceeds healthcare capacities. During the webinar, a legal playbook will be introduced and released for personnel engaged in healthcare response to disaster within the Region V for Kids area of operations.
