About Faye
Faye Thanas is the Senior Emergency Management Coordinator with the Chicago Department of Public Health’s Bureau of Public Health Preparedness and Emergency Response, Hospital Preparedness Program. In her current role, Faye acts as the non-hospital partner’s liaison to CHSCPR, and works to enhance the emergency preparedness protocols of all non-hospital partners, including LTCFs, dialysis, FQHCs, home health providers, and hospice facilities in Chicago. Faye also works as the current CHEMPACK Program Director for the City of Chicago, and serves as the backup chair to Chicago’s BioWatch program.
